PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT: $10K Offered in a Fatal Rosemead Hit-and-Run

Rosemead - The parents of Yihang Ma offered a $10,000 reward to those who can provide leads to the arrest of the responsible suspect in the fatal hit-and-run accident of their daughter in Rosemead.

As reported, Ying Ma, 19, died after being struck by a minivan or SUV around 10:30 pm. on January 31 along 3800 block of Walnut Grove Avenue.

The authorities are still having hard times in gathering information about the accident. “The incident happened late at night and that’s a part of the problem,” Lt. Kim Murakami said.

Joshua Bird, father of the victim said that no parent should ever suffer the pain of outliving their child, and that privilege has been taken from them.
