Bruce Willis sued for breach of contract

March 2, 2009

Los Angeles, CA – Bruce Willis and his production company are being sued for $4 million for breach of contract.

The lawsuit was filed last February 27, 2009 alleging Willis failed to fulfill his contract duties on the proposed film, “Three Stories about Joan.”

Attorney Marty Singer, an attorney for Bruce Willis, said Monday that the lawsuit is without merit as the three production companies that are suing Willis did not fulfill their own duties.

According to Singer, the companies failed to deposit money into an escrow account for Willis before the production began.

Willis will file his own lawsuit against the producers soon, Singer added.
