NumberCruncher, Inc. Launches Product Recall System

Broward, Florida - NumberCruncher, Inc. has introduced the other day an All Orders inventory control system to enable small and medium enterprises to manage and survive a product recall. Product recalls arise out of defects that can lead to injuries, illnesses and deaths.

“A small recall can destroy a small business,” said Ian Benoliel, President of NumberCruncher, Inc. “Until now, inventory systems either did not track enough information or were too expensive for a small or mid-sized company. When we researched the risks our customers were facing and discovered they had no affordable way to track lots and serial numbers in case of possible recalls, we resolved to add that to All Orders, our small-business ERP that integrates order entry, shipping, purchase orders, receiving, production and warehouse management.”

The Food and Drugs Administration require all business to track lot numbers of products to protect consumers who are involved in recalls. The lot and serial number tracking uses Excel. It helps track the product from the where it was bought to the customer.
