MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT: Speeding Motorcyclist Dies in Crash

Tustin – An unidentified motorcyclist died after hitting a wall as he went over to the northbound lane of Interstate 5 carpool flyover Friday morning, the California Highway Patrol said.

The man was reportedly on the northbound 55 around 9 am when he appeared to have lost control over his vehicle and hit the right wall. The motorcyclist was thrown to the No.1 lane of southbound 55.

Witnesses say the man was going at a high speed before the accident occurred. No other injuries were immediately reported.

Roads were reopened after authorities investigated the accident.
