AVIATION ACCIDENT: Two Pilots Die in US Naval Jet Crash in Lemoore Base

Los Angeles - At least two pilots were killed after a U.S. Navy Super Hornet jet crashed near the Naval Air Station Lemoore on Wednesday.
The pilots were undergoing a routine training flight when the jet collapsed half-mile from the naval base in San Joaquin Valley, according to reports. The pilots were pronounced dead at the accident scene.
No other victims were reported. Authorities are investigating the details on the cause of accident.
The Super Hornet was manufactured by Boeing and has been the latest version of F/A-18 series since 1999.
