EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION: Wolfgang Puck Sued for Age Discrimination

Beverly Hills – Wolfgang Puck, celebrated chef and owner of a fancy Beverly Hills restaurant, is being sued for an alleged discrimination against a 52-year-old waiter, reports said.

David Kallman filed a lawsuit Monday at the L.A. County Superior Court claiming that his co-workers made offensive jokes about his age and he believes that he was let go from the restaurant CUT because of his age.

Kallman is seeking damages of more than $25,000.
